Setting Up Your Center
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
- Go to Settings > Center Profile
- Add your center's name, address, and contact information
- Upload your logo and cover image
- Write a brief description of your center
Step 2: Set Up Your Programs
- Navigate to Programs in the main menu
- Click Add Program to create your first program
- Fill in the program details:
- Program name and description
- Age range and capacity
- Schedule and duration
- Pricing information
Step 3: Invite Your Team
- Go to Settings > Team Management
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and assign a role:
- Admin: Full access to all features
- Instructor: Can manage classes and attendance
- Front Desk: Can handle check-ins and basic operations
Step 4: Start Accepting Enrollments
- Share your center's Bloomily page with parents
- Parents can browse your programs and register online
- You'll receive notifications for new enrollments
