Account and Login
Everything you need to manage your Bloomily account, reset your password, and update your profile.
Logging In
Visit app.bloomily.app or open the Bloomily Parent app. Enter your email and password to log in.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, tap Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
The reset link expires after a limited time. If it doesn't work, request a new one.
Changing Your Password
If you're already logged in:
- Go to Account > Settings
- Under Password Management, tap Reset Password
- A password reset email will be sent to your account email
- Follow the link to set a new password
Updating Your Profile
Go to Account > Settings to update:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Profile photo (tap to upload a new one)
Changes save automatically when you tap Save.
Notification Preferences
Control how you hear from Bloomily under Account > Settings > Notifications:
- Email notifications — Toggle on/off for different notification types
- In-app notifications — Badges and alerts within the portal
- SMS notifications — Opt in to receive text message updates (requires phone number verification)
To set up SMS:
- Enter your phone number
- Tap to verify
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone
- Toggle SMS notifications on
Viewing Your Notifications
Go to Account > Notifications to see all your alerts:
- New daily reports available
- Form reminders
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Calendar events
- Announcements from your center
Tap any notification to go directly to the relevant page. Use Mark All as Read to clear the unread count.
Managing Children
See your children and their classrooms under Account > Settings > Children. To update your child's information (allergies, emergency contacts, etc.), go to Account > Forms and update the relevant form, or contact your center.
Switching Centers
If your children attend multiple Bloomily-powered centers, use the organization switcher in the top navigation. Each center has its own separate account data, billing, and messages.
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account, go to Account > Settings > Account Management. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove your access to all centers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I never received an invitation email.
Ask your center's front desk to resend the invitation. Also check your spam/junk folder.
Q: I'm getting a "no access" error after logging in.
This usually means your account hasn't been linked to a child yet. Contact your center to verify your enrollment status.
Q: Can I change my email address?
Email changes require assistance from your center. Contact them through Messages or call the front desk.
Q: Can two parents have separate accounts?
Yes. Each parent/guardian can have their own Bloomily account linked to the same child. Ask your center to send an invitation to the other parent's email.
Q: How do I log out?
Go to Account > Settings and tap Logout at the bottom of the page.
