Medications

Go to Health > Medications to manage medication information.

Current Authorizations

View all active medication authorizations for your child, including:

Medication name
Dosage and form (tablet, liquid, cream, etc.)
Type (prescription, over-the-counter, supplement)
Frequency (once daily, as needed, etc.)
Start and end dates
Special instructions

Administration History

The History tab shows when medications were given, including the date, time, who administered it, and any notes. If your child needs a new medication authorized, contact your center. They'll set up the authorization in the system.

Incident Reports

If an incident occurs (injury, allergic reaction, behavioral concern), you'll be notified and can view the full report under Health > Incidents. Each incident report includes:

What happened — Type of incident and description
When and where — Date, time, and location at the center
Severity — Emergency, High, Medium, or Low
First aid provided — What treatment was given
Staff involved — Who reported it and who provided care
Photos — If applicable

You may be asked to acknowledge the incident report. Scroll to the bottom of the report to sign and add any notes or questions.

Enrollment Dashboard

Access your enrollments by clicking Enrollments in the main navigation menu. The dashboard shows:

Waitlisted: Students on waiting lists for full programs
Cancelled: Previously cancelled enrollments

Filtering and Searching

Processing New Enrollments

Online Enrollments

When a parent registers through your Bloomily page:

You'll receive a notification about the new enrollment
The enrollment appears in the Pending section

Sending a Message

Go to Account > Messages
Tap the New Message button
Select which child the message is about
Choose a recipient:

Organization-wide — Goes to the front desk or admin team
Specific teacher — Select your child's teacher by name

Viewing Conversations

Your message inbox shows all conversations in a list:

Unread count appears as a badge on unread threads
Last message preview helps you find the right conversation
Conversations are grouped by child if you have multiple

Tap a conversation to see the full thread. Your messages appear on the right, and the center's responses appear on the left.

Replying

Open a conversation and type your reply in the message box at the bottom. Messages are delivered in real-time, so you'll see responses as they come in.

Notifications

You'll receive a notification when someone from the center replies to you. Check your notification preferences under Account > Settings to control how you're alerted (email, in-app, or SMS).

Browsing Available Programs

Go to Programs > Browse Programs to see what's available at your center. You can filter by program type:

Enrolling in a Program

New Child Enrollment

If you're enrolling a new child:

Go to Programs > Enrollment Application or tap Add Child / Apply on your dashboard
